County League Skellig Rangers v Finuge

This Sunday sees the return of the County League as our senior football team travel to Finuge in a top of the table clash. Finuge, unbeaten so far, had their last match 2 weeks ago where they lost out to St.Brendan's in the looser's round of the Senior County Championship. Skellig Rangers will come into the match on the back of a long break in action, with their last match being a one point home win over Annascaul 5 weeks ago. It remains to be seen whether that long interval will bring freshness to the table or whether Finuge might get over the line having been in competitive action over the past month more frequently than the Rangers. A win will be a huge result for the Skellig players and management, especially coming up to the end of the League, as it will really set them up for a top two finish at least. Throw in at 1pm in Finuge. Come along and support the lads!
